How we handle your information

This notice explains how Earned Works handles information connected with this website and business inquiries.

When you contact us

The inquiry builder prepares an email draft in your own email app or lets you copy your message. The website does not submit the inquiry to a server or store your draft. What you enter remains in the page until you leave or reload it. If you choose to email us, we receive the information you include, such as your name, business contact details, and inquiry.

We use that information to respond, assess a potential business relationship, and manage any work we agree to undertake. Please do not send sensitive personal information in an initial inquiry.

Website operation

This site does not use advertising pixels or analytics tools added by Earned Works. Fonts are served with the website. Our hosting providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the website. Email providers process messages to operate our email service.

Information sharing and retention

We do not sell inquiry information. We share it with service providers as needed to operate the website and email, and where required by law. We retain business correspondence for as long as it is needed for the inquiry, our business relationship, and applicable recordkeeping obligations.
